From the International Airport
Cheaper option:
You can take a shuttle from Manuel Tienda Leon until Retiro Bus Terminal, which should take about 40 mins and cost you U$D10 or 30 ARS.
Once at Retiro, cross the Plaza de Los Ingleses, where there is a replica of Big Ben.
Take the Line C subway in the direction of Constitucion, stop off at 'San Juan.'
