Air Train JFK - us$ 5 each way

1) From JFK Airport:

By Express Bus + subway: $15 + subway fare

To Grand Central Station
Every 15 - 30 minutes
6:15 AM to 11:10 PM
35-45 minutes (longer at peak hours)
At Grand Central Station take the subway downtown, train '6'- green line to Astor Place, then walk to 7th street - between 3rd ave/2nd ave.

By AirTrain + Subway: $ 5 + subway fare
Take Air Train JFK from the airline terminal ($ 5 fare) to Jamaica Station.
Air train operates every 4-8 minutes from 6am-11pm. Operates every 12 minutes from 11pm-6am.
At Jamaica Station: Connect to 'E' train - blue line to Manhattan 53rd street/Lexignton, then transfer to downtown '6' train - green line to Astor Place,
then walk to 7th street - between 3rd ave/2nd ave.

2) From Newark Airport (New Jersey) :

(Greyhound)

Take the 'S' subway train shuttle to Grand Central Station.
Then transfer to 6 train downtown green line to Astor Place, walk to 7th street between 3rd ave/2nd ave.

6) From Penn Station:
(Long Island Railroad, New Jersey Transit, Amtrak)

$ 2 or choose a Metrocard
Take the downtown 'E'train - blue line to 14th Street.
Then transfer to the 'L' subway train to Third Ave/14th street . Then walk on 3rd ave to 7th street .
