Very good value for the money and the staff was very accomodating to early arrival. Page, from USA ~ 3rd Jun 2012

I did not know what to expect. The place was clean, check-in was easy (several computers available),the key access was convenient and the location was near a light rail. I enjoyed meeting other guests, a marathoner from Japan, some conventioneers from Canada, workers from California, others from Boston and elsewhere. I hope to stay again next May. This place was great. I showed up after riding a train for nearly fourty hours, just wanted to shower and relax, the staff was friendly and very willing to help me figure out my travel plans for the next day. Next time I am in Salt Lake I will definately be booking a room here. A+ Nicholas, from USA ~ 22nd May 2012

This was an unstaffed location. We felt secure, but it was kind of grubby. Grant, from USA ~ 24th May 2012

Good and cheap place to stay for a night. Nothing special but clean and easy to checkin 24/7. Niklas, from Germany ~ 26th Apr 2012

If you are looking for an impersonal place to stay this is it.The electronic check in is odd. There were overbearing signs posted everywhere, including the rooms, threatening fines greater than the cost of the room for broad rules like a $40 fine for leaving a mess in the kitchen. There were cameras posted everywhere, which is good for security, but it added to the cold "big brother" feel they must be going for. The bunk bed was literally the same model I had as a child, so your feet hang off.

close to airport, but it had no heater. and outside was -5degree. i couldnt sleep well because it was too cold. and i called the staff, but nobody answered. if it was summer, would be good to stay. idont recommend for staying during winter unless the heater is on. maho, from Japan ~ 23rd Dec 2011

It's fine, just a little too many signs saying what not to do, and fines for not following exact instructions, like they're doing you such a favor to stay here.

rooms were very comfortable. Not an overly social place and a lot of signs everywhere saying what you are not allowed to do! but good value for money - just don't put a foot wrong or you will get fined!! Ashley, from New Zealand ~ 20th Nov 2011
