The hotel was really good especially the location. Its Best Western. But the staffs need retraining because they,Front Desk Staffs, were really poor. Maybe it was because I was working in hotel for more than 4 years, so I know how to treat guests perfectly. But I didnt get it from them. However, I still can understand it just maybe the hotel is a small hotel, so the service is not as excellent as five stars one. Nevertheless, its worthy with the money. It is a Best Western Hotel, but is fine to stay at. Breakfast is good. Not far to walk to Space needle, bit further to downtown. Parking available for $10 (+tax) per day. Rates online are MUCH cheaper than the walk-in rate. Aimee, from Australia ~ 15th Jul 2011

good breakfast and sauna. could go well together. we thought it was a hostel but were fouled ITS A BEST WESTERN. disappointment settled on us its easy to steal some breakfast for lunch. abundant supply of blankets. the place grows on you when you go to a real hostel. Victor, from USA ~ 23rd Mar 2011
