A decent hostel overall. The price was great for a room with ensuite bathroom, and the room was clean and comfortable. The street noise was a little loud, but I suppose that's to be expected with a downtown hostel. The staff were very friendly, but they were not very knowledgeable about the bus system - although the central bus terminal was nearby, so it was easy enough to find someone there to ask. this is a good hostel, well located, great breakfast, friendly staff. The only problem was the showers, something went wrong on xmas and the water wouldnt heat up. but the staff was very helpful and handed us a key to another room for us to use the shower :) Judy, from Guatemala ~ 20th Jan 2012

The stay in Abraham House Hostel was kind of disappointing. I don't expect much from a hostel, but a tiny, dirty bathroom with mildew everywhere, that has to be used by 12 people, is not that funny. The breakfastroom was way to small for all the people and there were not enough tables and chairs. The location isn't that good because you have to walk a good bit until you reach Temple Bar. The staff is friendly and the price is the best in the area. Also the best breakfast with fruit, cereal, toast w jam, juice, and boiled eggs. My only complaint is the wifi only works in the lounge and the lounging areas are pretty small Christopher, from USA ~ 3rd Oct 2011

I absolutely love Abraham House. Staff is extremely friendly, and the location is absolutely PERFECT! Few little things (like no wifi in room), but that isn't a big enough issue to be a deal breaker by ANY means. I will be back here, soon! Jacob, from USA ~ 19th Aug 2011
