Superb location for exploring Prague. Staff very friendly and helpful. However, the beds were very uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a plank of wood. None of us slept much that night. Michelle, from Wales ~ 21st Aug 2009

The wireless was active but neither the staff nor the owner knew the password, which was inconvenient but otherwise I had a good time. The travellers and staff were all very nice and the staff was particularly helpful. The luggage storage advertised and 24 hour reception were not available, however.
