There is a great atmosphere at the hostel.. People are friendly, and the staff does a great job in having everybody have a good time, and to get everybody part of the Alexandrie-family.

Great place. Lots of fun. Really easy to meet people.The inside of the hostel seems to be made with bits and pieces but it's really clean. Besides it's really safe: one cannot enter without the key and there are big lockers.

Of the two hostels we stayed at in Montréal, this was our favorite. We had a private room with a double bed on the third floor. It was very comfortable and clean. If you want to check out the gay village, this place is perfect - it's within walking distance of St. Catherine's street and the Beaudry Metro Station. The staff was really nice - we actually hung out with a couple of guys that worked there. If you want to meet new people this is a great place to do it. We met people from all over Can

This hostel is awesome. One of the best hostels I have ever been. The Staff is great and very helpfull. On every Saturday there is a barbecue. So be there. Go there and nothing else!!!!

Some of the staff made the place great. They were really helpful. One person in particular (hush: I won't say who), was really uptight. Aside from that, the location was great and the price was right. They just need an extra shower somewhere because 2 showers is really stretching it.

Fun place to stay close to major attractions by foot or metro. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Very laid back atmosphere but still clean/organized. Mostly filled with college-age people (although there were a few families and older adults). Usually something going on everyday-either guests get together and go out or staff will unofficially lead a group. Not super quiet on weekend nights. Only 2 showers-but never a significant wait. Overall fun place to stay, easy to meet people, great introduction

We had lots of fun. Yoli was great, and so were all of the other staff with the exception of one employee. Our room was nice and being in an apartment made us feel safer. In a great location, close to all the good clubs, and the metro. We will be going back for sure!
