I stayed in the Hostel for almost two weeks for the carneval. The staff is amazing and I met great people there, should be cleaned more often though especially if it's fully booked. Stephan, from Germany ~ 13th Mar 2009

Kind of claustrophobic. The girls-only dorm smells and has triple-decker bunks and no aircon. Good bathrooms and lovely friendly staff though. Emily, from England ~ 16th Feb 2009

En general, hostel alpha es buen lugar, grato ambiente, nuestra habitacion (corcovado)adecuada para 2 personas,el desayuno es completo, la ubicacin de lugar esta ok, cerca del metro, shopping y a pocos minutos de las principales playas. Ofrecen alternativas de tour a precios convenientes. El administrador (Leo) es gentil y tiene buena disposicion para aclarar dudas. El resto del personal es amable.En cuanto al baño del 3er piso, deben procurar destapar desague. De tods formas volveri Carolina, from Chile ~ 26th Nov 2008
