There is a problem with mice infestation in this hostel as I had the bad experience of encontering that my bag had been visited by this type of vermines. On another hand, it would be grateful if guest were provided with proper receipt instead of a vulgar piece of paper: after all we are charged a city tax and I wonder how much or any of the money I spent on that tax and the VAT really end up in the Treasury coffer. The location os good and The 24 hours staffalways willing to help. The rooms are clean but small. The bathrooms are in The room, great, butvery small And has a bad smell of sewage And they just clean up. Happened a few roommates locked the door from outside and I can not unlock it and I was locked inside! my room was the last of the aisle so no one heard the call and not even knock on the door ... the internet connection is only good even in the lobby. It's a cheap hostel, right next to the museum area. The bedsheets are clean and a free breakfast is included. But the rooms, bathrooms and common area are really small and a bit unconfortable. For the price we payed, it was good enough though. No lockers in the room unfortunately, and someone stole 300 Euro from my friends wallet... so be careful! The hostel was a little further from the Red Light District than I would\'ve liked but it\'s close to the museum district. Not too much going on in the area besides that though. Linens weren\'t very clean either. But the staff was pretty helpful. Eugene, from USA ~ 15th Nov 2011

the staff were verry nice and helpfull, they gave us free internet free breakfest and let us use there computer when we needed to print something. the rooms are nice and clean but the beds are verry close to each other.the toilet is a bit old but except that there good. so if your not looking for a fancy place its an excellent deal for the price guy, from Israel ~ 21st Sep 2011
