We missed staff. Nobody was there welcoming us, keys just hang over a door. Any staff wasn´t there in hostel, so you couldn´t ask if you had some troubles.

The location was so-so, it was very clean, but the staff was nowhere to be seen. They said they would still be at their other hostel when I arrived, but instead I found a note telling me to pick up my keys from yet another location (a bar). They gave me no information about the city or anything.
