Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The staff is really nice and speak good English which was a plus because my French sucks. A lot of people said the neighborhood was kind of rough which I was worried about when booking, but it really wasn't bad at all maybe a little rougher then central/downtown Paris but overall pretty safe. Only thing that was confusing was how to get to the Metro from the Hostel which was on a small side street. Ari, from USA ~ 24th Dec 2011

It's a good place, clean and safe, but around de hotel it's not a good region although there have so many cheaps restaurants and the subway station it's really near! Yasmin, from Brazil ~ 23rd Nov 2011

The hotel is nice, close to metro station. If I go to Paris again, I will stay at the hotel again... Fiskia, from Indonesia ~ 25th Nov 2011

This is a good, simple place to stay. The location is pretty good, but sometimes a little noisy. The street nearby was having a bit of construction, which was a contributor to the noise. Matthew, from USA ~ 10th Oct 2011

Nothing wrong with the hotel at all. Friendly staff, Great breakfast. It is not in the most desirable part of the city however the Metro is very close by and brings you everywhere in the city. i would stay here again if i could not find something as cheep in a better area of the city: Matthew, from Canada ~ 28th Aug 2011

I found the staff very helpful and patient with my poor French, however their English was excellent - very embarrassing! The hotel was also very accomodating to my unusual arrival and departure times which was great. It is not central to Paris however the Metro is so good in Paris, you can get anywhere quite quickly. Not a bad hotel. It was a little hard to find and its neighborhood is a little rough, but that's what you get when you're aiming for something far away from downtown Paris.Great and clean.Super American-ish breakfast for 8 Euros.Though it's not complimentary, it is well worth the buffet after our long trip. The rooms are a bit small and you must keep your room card in its slot for power (i.e. heater or fan). Our Queen-size bed was actually two twins pushed together.Overall, not a bad experienc Tyler, from USA ~ 18th Aug 2011

Good hotel. but they don't care about customers. I asked from them to change batteries in safe. They said ok. but they never did it. however, in overall fine. Nyamkhuu, from Mongolia ~ 13th Aug 2011

The directions to the hotel were really confusing. When exiting the metro, specific instructions should be given where to go.Also, the location was not in the heart of Paris, and a little sketchy for travelers not familiar with the area. The hotel itself was wonderful though, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
