Overall experience was good. The staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. That would be the main draw of the hostel. The discounts on the pub menu are also nice. The hostel was not very clean but for me it wasn't a huge problem, given the price. It's also a little ways out from the main attractions, but with the Underground everything's close enough. Very obliging staff, always friendly and helpful! The hostel was located in a quite nice area (zone 2) whith many little groceries around and only 5 minutes walk away from the next underground station. The dormitory was safe and I had very quiet nights there. I have to give one minus for the shower rooms: either the water was cold or I got wet all over including my head and they weren't too clean. All together: great value for the price!!!
Thanks for leaving us a review. Hot water is available 24h, however operating the shower for hot water can be a little tricky.

Staff was very friendly and would always ask me how my day was and what I saw, etc. Everything was clean and showers were hot. Wifi wasn't working well the first night I stayed but seemed to be fixed the second night. People were friendly and the hostel stayed pretty quiet, even at night. First time I visit the place and definitly NOT the last time. Think I found my favourity place. This place is great specially if you are an Arsenal Supporter and the atmosphere is great and it doesnt take long to the picadilly or kings cross. 3 min walk to Arsenal underground station and 10 min to Emirates stadium. great place with a great pub and great people. We staid in this hostel for a few days and it was the best option. Its located in a very nice neighbourhood very close to the centre (zone 2 and the tube is just a 5 min. walk from the hostel). It has a big common area with comfortable seats, the staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are quite small, but honestly for what you are paying that's not a big deal. It DOESN'T have kitchen but it was a restaurant and for people who are sleeping in the hostel they have 25% discount, witch is Tiago, from Portugal ~ 28th Jan 2012

Its a very nice place, in a actual PUB ( AND YOU HAVE 25% DISCOUNT ON IT) but the rooms are poorely cleaned, smells really bad, and the bathroom is awful! They should really consider changing the shower! The other thing is the stairs..its like a labirynth to get to the room..it doesnt make sense! Marcela, from Brazil ~ 23rd Nov 2011
