la situacion y el precio lo mejor. No habia toallas y en la pagina pone que las cambian todos los dias, nos tuvimos que secar a las sabanas. el desayuno es muy tarde, tenia que ser a las 7 o antes Angel, from Spain ~ 18th May 2011

The stay was awesome as the last time we stayed. The staff always cool, nice, it is a pleasure. The hostel is always full of young people of different countries, it is very fun, i like breakfast time in the hostel, everyone "fighting" to toast their bread :) The climatization is excellent! Our heating was broken, so that is not so nice in January. The staff was helpful, but only when asked. They also did not point out where the kitchen or bathrooms and showers were at the start. Many little things were not great and they compiled into a crappy night. The internet signal was too weak to get on my laptop. The shared room was stinky. The shower was cold. I only spent one night at the hostel – arrived late and left early. It was easy to find and in a convenient, central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and toilets were reasonably clean and functioning. The kitchen was rather pleasant. But perhaps most importantly (at least, for me personally), the hostel was quiet at night. this was my third visit to this hostel. and every time things seem to be worse with every visit. staff was completely clueless. there were 3 of us, and we had to sleep in separated rooms on the first day. then at 11am the next morning i was able to join the others in the same room. at 7pm the same day, they told me to move out to different room again. when we didn't, at 3am we've found all our things around the room cause one of the staff member decide to move us out on his own.... It's not a very clean hostel and the staff is very disorganized. When we arrived there at 7pm there were still dirty bedding and towels in our room, whick did not get taken out for the next 8 hrs. We stay there for one reason: the location Victoria is easy to reach by night. And for the prices of the rooms, its actually really bad that towels are not included. Liza, from Sweden ~ 27th Oct 2011
