Auberge Riad Douzi en Montreal, Marruecos

I stayed at the Auberge Riad Douzi with two friends (all male) on a weekend trip to Marrakech and found the hostel to be great value and very conveniently located - just 2 minutes walk from "La Place".The hostel owner/manager(?) is really helpful and friendly, as are his staff.The riad has great character and a lovely roof terrace for sitting in the sun and dining - we even got a free dinner with all the other guests on arrival on Friday night and a free, traditional breakfast was available ea Paul, from England ~ 6th Feb 2012

J’ai passé 5 jours, ce fut un séjour très agréable grâce à l'hospitalité et l'humanité de l'équipe notamment le veilleur de nuit. Very nice staff but could be a little more helpful. Also, could use personal security lockers in the the hostel, though, the hostel is very secure already. Great location, close to everything! Some remodeling needed in some rooms and for the floors. Great breakfast, great cus-cus on Friday, thanks Rachida! Before Douzi 2 closes these problems should be taken care of at Douzi 1.
