Hello! It's a very good place to stay. It's close to the Centrale F.S. railway station(transfer bus from Bergamo airport arrives here). It's clean, the bathrooms are okay, the breakfast quite good also! Only one negative point: it's right next to a "main" road, so it's a little bit noisy(especially if you get a front room). We had an awfull stay, travellers be ware! 160 Euro per night for my partner and I to stay in a double room with a bathroom. For that price we could have had a 4 hotel room! Our room had NO toilet seat, NO bath mat, NO hot water COLD showers every day! NO heating, when I asked for a blanket or extra bedding there were none available. Located on a busy main road with no natural light to the bedroom. We had to hand in our keys for cleaning, but our towels were left wet from the previous day! Lauren, from New Zealand ~ 24th Apr 2012

We stayed in the early November for 1 night. We liked it a lot. Location is very convenient, 5-8-minute walk from the central station, clean rooms with new furniture, sufficient breakfast, not noisy, very friendly staff. The room was decent and had a nice big balcony. There were just 2 bathrooms on our floor, which were generally clean but they could be much better, the hostel was quite secure and had 24 hour hassle free parking on the road. The staff was very nice and the decor, escpecially upstairs was very comfortable, but the bathrooms were terrible.The sink didn't work in one and the floor was always wet in the other.The place was cute and it was not too too difficult to get downtown.The traffic in front was awful and the street noise was inescapable.Overall, average for this price.
