The owner is really the worst one I've ever seen during all my travels. He is impolite, not willing to help and never smile. This hostel is really dirty. I've never seen something like that. You have to ask to have linens, other you have to deal with it. Once a month, they clean the fridge (who is not really one, as it do not keep your meals cold), and they may send your food to the bin without notice. I think it would make a big difference if the rooms had lockers. The matress definitely need to be changed, they are uncomfortable and really noisy. The hot water never seems to be hot. James, from England ~ 9th Feb 2012

The manager is not really hospital, I don't know why he's in the hostel-business at all.. really frustrated guy. Toilet and kitchen are only optical cleaned, very dirty. Lousy internet, the manager is the one and only guru we're you be glad that he helps you to connect to his hobbied-wireless network. Quiet location is the only good thing. Rooms are nothing special, only a bed and TL-light. I definitely won't comeback here or recommend it to friends. Pim, from Netherlands ~ 5th Feb 2012

It's a good deal for a fair price if you prefer peace for party. We have spent a couple of weeks here and there has been no noise to complain about during the nights. The biggest concerns are dark rooms and dampness, but otherwise it's OK compared to others in the neighbourhood. People here are mostly neat and reliable.
