Its a nice hostel in a great location, Was travelin on my own an found it easy 2 mix wit people at Base Christchurch.

there are building works on at the moment so if you have had a large one don't expect too much kip at the place . Right next to the cathedral so the bells the bells on a sunday morning as well !! staff were helpful but and they tried hard to keep the place clean and the bar is quite cheap . A fair place to stay but as Christchurch isn't the biggest you can stay elsewhere and still take everything in easily
