loved the location and the hostel set-up. sam really went out of his way to sort out a room for us when we needed handicap accessibility (ie. a lower bunk) for one of the members of our group. really really appreciated it! cheers! Jeanette, from USA ~ 21st Oct 2011

Though it is located near rail station, it's equipment should be upgraded, like swinging bed, stone-covered electric kettle, no locked cabinet and unstable hot water of shower. ching chi, from Taiwan ~ 26th Sep 2011

Bath Backpackers was a great little hostel in the heart of bath with lots of character. Free wifi is available in the common areas, the beds were decent, and the staff seemed to be cleaning all the time. The rooms could use more lockers to secure valuables, but the staff had free luggage and pack storage while we were out of the hostel. Kevin, from USA ~ 26th Sep 2011

This hostel was in the perfect location!And I can't say enough nice things about the staff.Even though they do not offer printing from their computers the desk person was kind enough to have me email him my bus ticket confirmation and he printed it out for me behind the desk.He offered this, I didn't even have to ask.They definitely made me feel welcome. best location. very helpful staff. you can store your luggage even you've checked out. Suggestions for improvement: - there could be lockers at the room for travellers - the light in the shower room turned off while i'm having a shower.
