Great accommodations, lovely staff, close location. We enjoyed our stay very much. I especially liked the tea/coffee spread included in the double room! Theresa, from USA ~ 30th May 2012

Average is ok, but the water in the bathroom is not hot, sometime have to shower in cold water.
3 for location? Really? We are 100m from the best beach in Paihia, which is one of the top sea side destinations/ holiday towns in the whole country! Water heating is Gas operated and does fluctuate slightly if demand is very high, but is usually very reliable, sorry for the inconvenience.
