Bega met us at the airport and is a great resource. He lets you know everything you need to know about Lapad. Also, if you are visiting Dubrovnik, Lapad is definitely the area to stay. The old town is very near by bus, but you don't need more thana day in the old town. it gets old fast, while Lapad offers all the ferries to the Elaphites and what not. The main ferry terminal is in Lapad if that tells you anything. Stay there. Bega is great. Allen, from USA ~ 15th Aug 2009

Nice place, not really near the old town but you can just hop on the bus 6 (5min from the place) and get there quickly. Very hospitable, friendly and helpful owners! Extremely friendly staff and private bathroom! No A/C in our room so hard to have privacy through screen door but not a huge deal. Located close to beach, a tourist strip, and the old town is a short bus ride away (bus stop also close). Rachel, from USA ~ 21st Jun 2009
