Overall ok and not bad for the money at all. Located in Lapad, can be quite hard to find. Word of warning if you are looking for a huge (or even small) sign that says Begovic Boarding House, think again! This place is simply notated as Primorska 17. After the post office head towards the Atlantica restraunt, take the second (or first) set of steps to the top located on your right, when you come to the 1st road at the top turn left and it in on you left handside. Just looks like a norm

owners were very friendly and offer a ride from the bus station which is very helpful. be sure to email them before you arrive and they will meet you at the station. the climb up the hill with a backpack and you will be happy you asked for a ride. if you want to take the bus take the 1a to the center then take the 6 bus and get off at the post office. walk down a street and then walk up the first flight of stairs you see. take them all the way to the top of the hill and turn left. hostel 20 mete

Told us they would pick us up from the port, but never did. When we asked to get dropped there when leaving, they were going to charge us!! Apart from that, was a good stay.

The free ride from the main bus station was much appreciated. Not really a hostel, more like rental apartments. Still had a good time.

This is a lovely guest house with severla rooms, a communal fully equipped kitchen as well as outside seating. Located in Lapad a ten minute bus ride from the Old Town it offers great value for money and a comfy place to stay. The lovely beach at Lapad is a short walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and bars just down the hill. There are alot of steps to climb to get here so worthwhile planning to arrive during a cooler part of the day.

A charming place. The owners were very service minded. Although a lot of exercise to get there from the bus or beach - 154 steps to get up to the Hostel

Staff were amazing, helping you out with local tips! You can request free ferry/bus pick-up - they were even there when I got the arrival time totally wrong in my email!! Free internet in their own house, and lending me their own crockery etc. Fridge in room but no cooking facilities. Allocation of rooms seems a bit random, but from what I saw everyone seems to get what they pay for or an upgrade! Nice outdoor terrace with lovely flowers overhanging.

The staff was great. Really helpful and a nice guy. It is a bus ride away from the old town, so if you want to be closer this is not the place. The locations is really nice, however, plenty of nice restaurants, cafes, and a beach close by. I would definitely stay again.

I only spent one night here, so I can't really speak to the fun level of this place. However, it seemed like the other people staying there were pretty friendly and I wish I had had more time to spend getting to know them and the staff. In addition, the owners were very accommodating and even helpful! This place is very close to a lovely, free, and public beach. It is also a short bus ride away from the old town.
