When you're walking up to this place, it's a little sketchy, just because the building is very dark.But the flat is nice, they keep everything quite clean.Only 12 beds, so very personal.The staff is on call 24 hours a day, although in person hours tended to vary a bit, without notice, so that could be a little tricky, particularly in regards to breakfast.All in all, though, a very nice experience. If you are looking for an 8-bed hostel in Vienna, this would be a good choice. It was newly renovated with a full kitchen and breakfast. You were free to use the kitchen any time of day or not. The only problem is that there is only one shower for the 8-bed suite which may mean waiting in the mornings and at night. Staff really nice and will do your laundry. By far the best hostel you can ever be: it is a kind of apartment with 10 beds and all the amenities. It is clean, nice, new fornitures and is full of small details that makes you feel at home.
