My stay at the Berkeley Residences was quite pleasant. The location was excellent, on the border of Back Bay and the Theater District. I was a little concerned about the security vis: some of the individuals on my floor. And there was one cleanliness/sanitary issue in the men's room that was resolved fairly timely. But for the most part, the property was very nice, with a beautiful lobby sitting area. Very quiet, with not alot of activity going on at any point, but that was what I was looking fo

Good location - walking distance to train station, shopping and major parks. Staff were friendy and helpful. Small rooms, which are good if you are there to rest your head for the night. Bathrooms were not as clean as they could be - remember to wear something on your feet. Overall had a good stay here and definately would be back in the future.

We were unhappy with the bathroom facilities as we had expected one with the double roomand the shared ones were not to the standards expected. (Not clear from the website).
We decided to move after one day but they did not want to refund us. Eventually they did.
Secondly, we did not know from your website that they had triple and single rooms so your confirmation was for 2 double rooms but when we got there, they had given us a double plus a single. No triples were available then.

Good location with good security, but no a/c so my room was pretty hot. There was nothing that reduced the noise from outside and there was no soap in the 2nd floor bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay at the YWCA. Everybody was exceptionally friendly. The bathrooms were clean, the rooms were in pristine condition and the breakfast was excellent.
I will stay the the YWCA again.
One thing I noticed when I was using the Internet was it locked up a few times (I was searching on a page and hit Ctrl F and the screen froze (I am from a computer background so I rebooted the machine) but it may cause problems for other people - you should look into this. Aside from this, eve
