Way we are asked for our passports once we checked in was Awfull...I did not notice a trace of three star stantard in the hotel. Hostels are far better than this Hotel. While we booked, breakfast was included in the bill but we were totally denied that. Way people showed their faces in this hotel, I never experienced anywhere around the world. Not sure if this treatment is for Non Eu citizens or the same for every one. I would strongly anyone to recommend to stay out of this hotel. Sivasubramanian, from India ~ 31st May 2012
