Excellent stay! The staffs were very hospitable and they went out of their ways to ensure that we were safe & our needs catered well. The hostel is quite conveniently located. Though it is not close to the park, the staff can arrange transport and there are plenty of small shops and restaurants just a few minutes walking. I am so disappointed, i booked this hostel but when i arrived to jiuzhaigou it was closed, nobody answer me to phone or to my emails... this is so bad, if you are closed for low season please make it sure that your webpages for booking are closed, it's so bad arrive to one place and then spent time (and money, because i had to stay in a hotel) for to look for a roof in a unknown place. BYe
First of all ,sorry for our staff `s mistake,we closed our hostel on december because of the weather and opened on march .but our staff forgotten to closed on our webpages . sorry for the time and money you spent on us .could you tell us the way that we can give you money back .sorry for this again.

The Cleanliness should be better
Thanks for your review first ,our hostel is the traditional wooden-house ,which prepared for the people who want experience the truly traditional Tibetan life ,so maybe it is a little shabby for some guests.not all people love the hostel .and we will do our best to make our hostel better

Cai Rang is one of the best, if not the best budget accomodation in Jiuzhaigou. Its simple but clean, atmosphere is very friendly, its simply like your own home. The best of everything are the stuff guys, witch whom you will have a lot of fun! Definately the best deal for the price you pay! Mostly recommended! Jan, from Czech Republic ~ 17th Jun 2011
