Fairly average YHA experience.. nothing particularly good or bad. Some of the staff need customer training. The girl I saw when I checked in was brilliant, but after that it was very inconsistent. Some were good, some thought they were doing you a favour by helping you. Security is a bit of a problem. Anyone can come into the complex without even going through reception, due to the layout of the place. When people can come in off the street and wander around a supposedly private area,
