Cambie Hostel - Seymour was a great choice for my trip to Vancouver. It's at a perfect location within walking distance from Stanley Park, and they have a nice bar downstairs. My only complaint is that there is a different little trick to every single shower in order to get hot water. :)

the room itself was very (very) small and basic, but functional enough. The bar downstairs (Malones or something) is great, good food, friendly staff, usually busy, cheap drinks.

I only stayed for two nights because I was unfortunately hit by a truck and put in the hospital, but during the stay I had an awesome time. Staff was very helpful. Bar next door was great. Great location. And I met some really cool people in the double. If you need a place to stay in the Vancouver area, this is the place.

An excellent hostel for our stay in Vancouver, clearly a place where they take the best interests of the guest to heart.
Very clean and secure place, bathrooms were spotless with good showers.

Very well situated, if you have a room giving on road, ear plugs will be necessary. Ratio quality/price excellent, clean nothing to reproach.

This hostel was very clean and the desk people are Very Nice!
However the music from the bar is too loud and goes till 3 or 4 in the morning and because the rooms are small.. you don’t get to meet a lot of people… I was bored. The Rooms are hot and if you are afraid of heights and get stuck on the top bunk Its going to take you ten minutes to figure out how to get off the damn bed.

Super cool staff and really clean. It was pretty quiet, but just a short walk away from the other Cambie location and Granvillle St.

place was way too loud (street and pub), the matraces were awful... springs were coming out... no more fillings...should replace them urgently. No parking as they said in their internet-page. The free "breakfast" is just Coffee or Tea and maybe a Muffin, if you are fast enough, which I wouldn't count as "breakfast"... I wouldn't stay there anymore.

Small basic rooms, lots of noise at night, though great location and clean facilities.
