This is a nice place strategically located close to the bus terminal and the city's main street where all the restaurants are. The staff was very friendly and professional and the hotel was clean and warm. The only problem we had is that the running water smelled funny. I really don't think this is a problem of the hotel but a problem of the city of Puno. Other than that our short stay was very pleasant. María Cecilia, from Peru ~ 10th Jan 2012

All of the staff here were very, very friendly and helpful, especially Sonia on reception. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice big, clean bathrooms with very hot water. The breakfast was very good. In a central location. I would have stayed here longer - I would highly recommend this Hotel to everyone. Great value for money too. Oriel, from England ~ 29th Dec 2011

Fantastic place to stay!The best place I stayed at in Peru.Very clean, and they have hot water that comes out of the faucet, and very comfortable, warm beds!They let you use a space heater free of charge if you ask, and have a public computer in the common room that you can use free of charge too.They are also very helpful they helped us arrange for a tour of Lake Titicaca that was fantastic, and get a safe taxi ride too and from the hostel when we arrived/left Puno.They also were able to recomm Savannah, from USA ~ 15th Jul 2011
