This hostel was over all pretty good. The rooms were cleaned every day at 10 am (although, to do so, they rudely put you out, sometimes in disregard to your state of dress. i had to finish getting ready in the Denny's around the corner, once). There are no large lockers for your bags, but I didnt have a problem with security in the main storage area. The staff was nice, the showers were clean as were the facilities on my floor. The reception in on the second floor, accessed from the small road behind the hotel building. I had a hard time finding it at first! I was comfy in my capsule :) Stephanie, from USA ~ 4th Aug 2009

This is definatly an experience. So I got tons of funny story's to tell of this place. Unfortunatly its not very clean at all. The seventh floor smelled like pee and the carpets are really dirty. If you were a girl and want to try a capsule hotel, there's not much of a choice. I would've given the place higher rating overall if the staff were nicer. They don't speak much English, and they are very anal about check out time. I returned the keys, and cleared out of the capsule, but they insisted to kick me out the lounge area before I was able to get directions online. There's only wifi signal in the lounge, and everybody smokes there, you are out of luck if you don't smoke. Yi, from China ~ 31st Jul 2009

it's really close to the asakusa subway station and very convenient. pretty interesting experience living in a capsule. staff don't speak much english so it was a little challenging to communicate with them. female-only floor available. Clarissa, from Singapore ~ 1st Jul 2009
