Good location, reasonable price, showers can be quite messy (9'-0" pole, 6'-0" curtain = wet floor) Breakfast is good and portable, staff are friendly and obliging. Solid wifi (depending on your proximity) - but kinda a dingy place overall. A little run down. Anna, from Canada ~ 30th Aug 2011

the price was good and the room was kept clean. only complaint was the cold water in the shower. it seems like you have to be first to get ready, or get up in middle of the night to get a hot shower. Eva, from USA ~ 8th Jul 2011

Casa Olmata Was a grest Hostel. It looks poor on the outside, but when you go inside it is nicer. the rooms and bathrooms are small, but so is the building. the staff was very friendly and they offer you breakfast at 2.50 euro. Great way to save on a big bagged breakfast. Also the location is amazing. I walked everywhere I needed to get and if you don't want to walk there are metro stations close by. This was the worst hostel I ever stayed at! We booked a room for three and one of our friends walked us to our hostel. The man thought she was trying to sneak in and began screaming at her. It got so bad we thought he would become abusive. He yelled all the way down the stairs and slammed the door in her face. This is not a hostel for girl groups, we had no idea what to do and we were so scared of him. The hostel is so dirty and run down. The shower didn't work and the handle come off.
