This place was nice and convenient to everything. The staff were very friendly and would go out of their way to assist you. I would certainly recommend this place to others visiting San Jose.

Bed bugs and cockroaches in my poorly maintained room of 10 beds.. staff were drunk and high and forgot to call my cab to the airport (missed my flight) - but the communal areas are chill and i had fun in the evenings.

Stayed for a week: The staff was outstanding, internet was an appreciated luxury and it's in a safe feeling area with splendid grocery convenience. Expert assistance on tour booking and local recommendations noted! Very friendly and professional management. Difficult to sleep on some nights though with partying(+) reaching early morning hours. That said - I would stay again.

Bathrooms are kind of run down. I booked a room with a private bath and the sink was hanging off the wall and water was dripping everywhere. Also, they show it as having hot water but it was way cold. The lockers are pretty banged up too. Other than that, it was spacious, the landscaping was beautiful, staff was nice and I would stay there again. You can't beat the price or the location
