We truly appreciate the flasks of hot water from the reception every day. The location of the hotel begs improvement, as our room was less than 1 metre to an adjacent upcoming hotel(i surmise) building. There was little privacy to speak of when using the bathroom due to the semi-opaque bathroom window. Someone even shone torchlight in! The lady (I think the only lady staff there during my stay) receptionist though not very conversant in English was very warm and helpful in ways that she co Duncan, from Singapore ~ 27th Jan 2012
