I wouldn't go there again. Why? Because: - The staff seemed frustrated, especially the cleaning lady seemed angry and pissed off all the time - I got stolen some money from my bag in the room - The hostel was FREEZING!!! - Really noisy hostel! Don't come here if you want to sleep (music in the reception, the bar, the traffic) - The heavy metal bar next to the hostel makes sure you stay awake The advantages: + Very clean hostel + Great kitchen, lots of space + Other travellers mainly L Anna, from Finland ~ 27th May 2009

The location was nice, and very close to the metro. Also close to La Moneda and a great shopping district. The breakfast provided was much better than most other hostels I've stayed in. The staff were all friendly and quite helpful. We had a 4-bed room for the four of us and it was okay. The beds were comfy, but the room was a bit small. I didn't like how there was smoking allowed in one are of the hostel, but, hey, it's Chile, so get used to it. Jeffrey, from USA ~ 3rd Apr 2009

It´s a great hostel between the center and the barrio brazil. The breakfast is good, the computers have a webcam and skype. The dorms are spacious. Only the security lockers are a bit small. Lieke, from Netherlands ~ 2nd Mar 2009
