Rooms are rather run down. Shower didn't have a shower head. The "kitchen" is a joke and anything but clean. As for the character it's just one of these big very impersonal hostels. Thomas, from Germany ~ 10th Feb 2012

I was extremely impressed with this hostel. It might very well have been the nicest hostel I have stayed during my travels through south America. Their dorm rooms each have a bathroom, which is nice. the placeis super clean, all common areas,etc. Quite rare for a hostel that receives so many guests.Staff were excellent. Even have a swimming pool and outdoor terrace. bkfast buffet was best i have seen in argentina. only thing is no lockers in rooms or locks on doors.internet was terribly slow. the cooking area is horrible. small dirty and only one fridge. peopel are stealing food so keep it in your room breakfast is ok the pool is not that nice, a bit dirty and only halffull with water Ann-Ida, from Sweden ~ 2nd Feb 2012

All the staff did proper job, and were kind. the location is near to bus terminal. but here is one thing. homepage said taxi from airport to Che Lagarto was $65, but it was $120. big difference! I hope you update about it. thank you. JUNGSOON, from South Korea ~ 10th Jan 2012

The one-key system doesn't seem to work so well.. Me and 2 other friends felt like we had some bug bites from the beds. But a good and a nice atmosphere in common areas! Anne, from Finland ~ 21st Nov 2011
