At first I had to wait for an hour to check in because of changing shift. Then me an my brother get dbl bed room (we wanted ensuite naturally). We really to old to sleep in one bed :) They didn't have more ensuite rooms so they gave us keys to room with shared bathroom and didn't want to give back our money for difference. What is worst - someone stole my cellphone and my Kindle from my room when I was asleep! But ... location is almost perfect, there are few computers, kitchen and WiFi. Fire safety-non existent. Bathroom-dirty water swamp. Beds-design based on one of the devises shown in torture museum (I mean it). No lift for 6 level building. And more could be said. Seriously, don’t stay there!!! Alexsei, from Spain ~ 9th Jan 2012

Everything was horrible. We were punished as a no show but due to the Italy strike it was not our fault. They couldn't even find our reservation anyway and the staff was very rude. They lied about little things, it was strange. This was the only location that I stayed at during my vacation that I regret going too. This place needs to be renovated and to be under new management.
