Overall, very good place to stay. Clean, relatively good location, and free pasta on Fri/Sat. Most of the staff were helpful, some were not. Pretty secure, as you can lock away your stuff if desired. Games & DVDs available, as well as a kitchen. Be careful if ur on a top bunk, as there is a small chance of falling through if a slat is missing in the middle. Take a towel and shower shoes. Also, if u need an xtra night and they’re full, do NOT let them send you to a place called Laundroma Charles, from USA ~ 13th Nov 2009

A lot of our food was stolen from the fridge, bathrooms smelt of mold. location was good for a lot of the main places to see and the metro was close by. It was a decent place to stay for the night but watch out for your food! Allison, from Canada ~ 1st Nov 2009

This hostel is great!! I definatelly recommend. Its just what I was looking for, CLEAN and quiet and friendly. If you want something thats close to the center and has great staff (who cook amazing free pasta on Fri and Sats) then this is definatelly for you. But not if you want to party. And perhaps not the best place to meet people because its a bit small. But after reading about bed bugs in the cheap and more "fun" hostels, I only cared about cleanliness. And Ciak is wonderful.
