Wifi was broken but staff still wanted guests to pay for using their computer. Staff lied about the cost for taking a taxi to the airport and then got upset when we later made our own arrangement with a taxi driver. Really good value for your money! Nice and clean room. Really friendly staff! Close to China Town and Petaling Street (5 min walk) and only 15 min walk to Butik Bintang and Pavillion. We have already booked a room here again for our second stay in KL =) Johan, from Sweden ~ 13th Nov 2011
