This hostel need a major clean up!!!! I would not recommend staying here. There were no locks on the toilet doors, the roof of the bathroom was made up of used wooden lattice work! The entire building smells as does the blankets and sheets on the beds. Staff were not helpful and very rude! Karen, from Australia ~ 22nd Nov 2009

This is BY FAR the worst hostel we've ever been to. The room was as dirty as they come, with at least a dozen cockroaches crawling up and down the walls. The bed had allready been slept in, and wasn't clean at all. Staff is only willing to help you so you're out of their way. Locatipn is allright, with Kings Cross station and pubs nearby. Our 6 bed room was pretty messy, there was someone there that seemed to have been there a while and had taken over with his stuff! We had a fridge in our room, I'm not sure how long some food had been in there but I didn't trust it! The corridors when quite dark and not all the lights worked, plus in the kitchen and bedroom furniture was broken. It would be quite a nice little hostel if it was a bit cleaner and the walls weren't dark green! A bit depressing! The staff were pleasant and the hos Stephanie, from England ~ 19th Dec 2008
