Excellent location, close to the public beaches of Sliema, the bus stop and the ferries. The common room was really cute, the staff was friendly and helpful and we also had a pretty good breakfast. Unfortunately the room was really basic and a bit old... it would definitely need some redecoration. There was a fan, but not sufficient as it was too hot and humid inside.
