This hostel was really awful! Our room smelled sooooooo bad, that we left after first night, although we had reservation for three nights. It has pretty good location, but the rest... I really don't recommend! Zuzana, from Slovakia ~ 12th Aug 2009

It is ok for hostels to have little space but for what I payed ( I was obliged to pay for the 3 nights I had booked in advanced while if I had seen the room I would have left after the first night) I expected something a lot nicer. The hostel is almost just a corridor, first the reception, then a couch, then three tiny tables with two charis each and the kitchen stuff at the side and a few rooms around. Then there is a small room with one computer and a tv and a quite unconfortable couch that Blana, from Argentina ~ 9th Feb 2009

decent hostel if you're looking for no-frills, just a place to stay. small lockers in front hall so your valuables are secure but packs are left out in (locked) rooms. nice to have controllable air-conditioners in rooms, though they're loud and amusingly situated in windows between room and hostel hallway (inside instead of outside). location is great in proximity to copacabana beach but not great surrounded by fairly-seedy streets (though we had absolutely no safety issues whatsoever). staf Jeff, from USA ~ 7th Jan 2009

it was 3 blocks from the beach and in a safe neighborhood. not a party place but good for sleeping and the other usual needs. i recomend it! Annika, from USA ~ 28th Dec 2008
