This apartment is situated in the heart of the city, which makes it very convenient. At the same time it is situated within a gated area, making it perfectly safe and free from outside noise (in addition to the main gate there are 2 doors and 1 gate, all with locks). The apartment space is spacious and the furnishing is delicate. Standard wise Cozy House is as good as any 3-4 star hotel, but for a cheaper price. A very private place, not like buzzing hostels.
