The hotel is old and needs an update. First we had no airco. Than a leeking airco. Andt after that an airco wich made more noise than al truck. We got a new room wich was slightly better. Location is alrigth althouh is is quite far from the beach. Price does not include breakfast. Staff was friendly Auke, from Netherlands ~ 14th May 2012

The room was average. There was a mould in the bathroom, the bed mattress was old and therefore too soft, we both ended up in the middle of the bed. The shower head was too weak, it took ages to shower. The location is good, close to the old town. The staff was helpfull and friendly. They can book a taxi to pick you up at the Danang station, but it costs 15$, you could probably get a cheaper taxi (around $10) directly at the station. Jan, from Czech Republic ~ 8th Apr 2012

The room is soso. But when I asked the landlady to book a ticket from HoiAn to Hue for me. Though the sign tourist is just on the opsite of the hotel, I meant to get a cheaper price from her. But she cheated me she told me she gave me a good price for 70,000vnd while sign tourist is 84,000vnd. I believed in her. But finally I found the ticket of sign tourist is just 70,000vnd. And more, what I booked is a bus of the landlady own company instead of sign tourist. I became angry and charged the hot HAIBEI, from China ~ 17th Dec 2011

Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden immer sehr freundlich empfangen und sie regelten einfach alles fuer uns. Wer gut untergebracht sein moechte, der sollte dieses Hotel waehlen. That was a nice hotel with large rooms and beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful and offered us to keep our luggage after check-out. But in the early morning, it was very loud due to buses and cars and the hard beds and pillows were certainly not conducive for a good sleep.
