The heat went out during our stay and there was no hot water. There was no staff/warden on duty to inform of the situation. It was a cold stay.
The heating is on from 6pm until 11 30 pm so that will explain why it went off during the night. there IS staff on duty from 10am until 8 30 pm plenty of time for you to have raised the issues.
