Do Step Inn en Berlin, Austria

The room is too small. The front desk is not in the same building as the dorm house. When we tried to talk the front desk during its open hour there was no one there for 20 minutes. There is only one bathroom and toilet on the first floor. Worst of all, somehow we smell cigarette in our room but none of us smokes. Shu-Heng, from Taiwan ~ 29th Dec 2011

We were on Xmas and we had a really great time, with many other people from Latinamerica and other parts of the world too!! The atmosphere was great, considering that in Austria the Xmas eve is really a quiet night. The rooms and everything were clean and good. Great kitchens in both hostels buildings. The location is great- 1 minute walk to Westbahnhof, lots of restaurants and some shopping to choose from. Right on the U-line that goes directly to Stephansplatz (main square- 10 minutes). Internet is free in the lobby and there are free computers you can use! Very secure and safe place, very modern and comfortable. The only complaints is that the check-in was very slow lots of people waiting and the lady wasnt very nice, and the towels provided are TINY- about the size of a bath rug, i recomme Rachel, from USA ~ 20th Dec 2011

I've stayed here twice, in the Summer and in the Autumn and both times it was great. Really clean, comfortable, pleasant place to be, and great value for money! I particularly recommend the hot chocolate from the machine in the kitchen of the main building! Madeline, from England ~ 3rd Nov 2011

perfect location, close to the main station and the downtown which has everything that u want to see in Vienna. friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, warm room. clean kitchen and pretty big place to seat :) I highly recommend this hostel.
