We had paid for 1 bed room with extra bed but we accomodated in 7 bed room!! When we asked about this matter the staff said "it is not out fault. You should ask Hodtels-web"!!!!!
Our room was awfully damp with really bad smell!

There is the hostel and the hotel with dorm rooms, we stayed in the dorm room within the hotel, and loved it. The location was right next to the station and metro and there was pleanty of places to get food and shop near the hostel. It was the cleanest hostel we have visited and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a bit quiet, mostly because it wasn´t a traditional hostel. The only complaint was security. The give you a key card, but we were on the first floor with a big op

Beware of food thiefs! Food in the fridge went missing and with a draw-string budget you cant afford to feed them as well as yourself. Otherwise comfy beds and near vital travel links.Sam and Becca from UK

Everything expected from a hostel. Although not central, transport links were so good it wasn't a problem. Good kitchen facilities, eating and chill out area. Enjoyed our stay. Good value for money.

Do Step was a pretty good hostel. The staff was plenty helpful and friendly upon arrival, the premices were very clean, and I can't stress enough how great the location is. Wesbanhoff is a mere two minute walk away, it's excellent! What's more, the price was very reasonable. BTW, the noise on the street side of the hostel wasn't as irritating as other reviews made it out to be, it's nothing a couple of driks can't take care of anyway. I'd highly reccomend this establishment to anybody looking to

The property was great, the rooms were quite lovely, but the mattress was old and uncomfortable and the showers were very temperamental, we were never sure if we would get a hot or a cold one! I dont know if there was a language barrier, but one of the reception staff was not particularly friendly or helpful and it took ages to be checked out!
