I didn´t even get a chance to see the hostel. I went to check in, and there was nobody in reception to greet me. There were other people in the hostel as well who couldn´t find someone to talk to. They have troubles with the overbooking management, because I rented two beds in a four bedded room, and they had rented 5 beds in that room, so I was awaken in the middle of the night by the person who was supposed to sleep in my bed. It was a little annoying because it gives you a feeling of uncertainty, as I made a second booking for one person the next night, and I was afraid he would have any problem. Maids do terrible job of cleaning. Even if you are currently staying there, staff will give your bed away to other guests.Bed sheets and pillows stink.Place has no character.They leave front door unlock all night every night.Makes you think twice about security. Alejandro, from USA ~ 18th Jun 2011

The staff were really friendly and very helpful, though a bit disorganised. However, in our dorm, the bathroom lock was broken, as were the lockers, many of which had rubbish in them, and the dorm looked (and smelled) as if it hadn't been properly cleaned for a while. Also, the front door is left open all night as guests don't have keys to it, so that guests leaving early can get out (there's no one at reception until 9am), so this is a potential security issue.
