Great place, but very cold in the courtyard and hallways at night.I also wish that they didn´t allow smoking in the courtyard. It drifts up to the rooms! Melanie, from USA ~ 29th May 2012

I really loved this hostel! Great outdoor area, friendly. You could meet a lot of travelers and have a beer at the bar. (I do not recommend the Pisco Sour) Great atmosphere and you cant beat the location of the historical city center!! heather, from USA ~ 12th May 2012

Love this hostel!!! REALLY good bed, have access to a small kitchen to cook (rare in Peru where a hostel lets you cook). Loved the fact that theres an ATM INSIDE the hostel. The staff is so nice in advising where to go, eat, and getting places. Bar is good and prices are decent (happy hour 2 x 1 drinks....... regular price of a pisco sour 10 soles). Warm and comfy lounge/tv room (has a fireplace that is great at night). LOVE THIS HOSTEL!!!!!! etelvina, from USA ~ 31st Mar 2012

I think this is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Pretty awesome staff, beautiful building, comfortable beds, clean restrooms. The only bad thing I can think of is that sometimes at night water may come out warm (not hot enough), just happened once anyway. Ana Martina, from Argentina ~ 21st Jan 2012

Amazing hostel! The staff was very accommodating and locked our luggage during our Inca Trail trip. Very clean bathrooms separated by gender, and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place - made us feel very welcome in Cuzco and suggested places to go out. Carolyn, from USA ~ 24th Jan 2012

Very helpful staff! Everything is clean and the bathrooms are always stocked. Location of hostel is within walking distance of shops, Plaza de Armas, la vega, etc. Word of advise: I noticed in Peru people were very picky about the kind of bills they were receiving for money exchange. To avoid major problems, carry bills that are in 'new' condition (no: rips, ink stains, faded colors, etc.). It's not impossible to exchange money that isn't in new condition, but it's likely that they might re Smita, from USA ~ 20th Dec 2011

Amazing hostel great beds very clean. Lovely fire place. The tours are great especially inca jungle as the last night you stay in awesome accommodation. Evening food is good and cheap. Do the free city tour it's great. The only criticism is the bread at breakfast is rubbish! Sara-Jane, from England ~ 21st Sep 2011

I got my $30 towel stolen at this place, but I accidentally left it in the bathroom over night, so maybe that´s expected. The place is crowded and there is loud music at night which can make it hard to sleep. The staff was great, particulary Ingrith. She was so nice and helpful the whole time. This place is good because they have lots of resources for travelers and will help you book bus tickets, tours, etc. The laundry service was good. I also liked that they were able to store my backpack for Jenya, from USA ~ 9th Aug 2011
