We reserved a double bed with ensuite and we got no bathroom at all and a single bed. The matress was the age of the city with a thickness of 1/2 inch. We arrived in the middle of the night and have no choice to keep that room. No toilet paper, no Toilet seat. Sometime no hot water. No towel. Nothing was included. This was the worst room of the entire Peru. Don't go there! Danielle, from Canada ~ 15th Sep 2009
