First the website metioned checkin time as 11 when we reached there he told after 2PM.. The hostel beds were not good not clean enough for amount paid, room light was not working, even after closing window it was still chill inside. only one socket plug. booked for 4 single bed but got 2 double beds on asking person replied he doen't have any such rooms then why was it listed at all in web. And finally no free parking had to pay extra and find a spot Manjukumar, from India ~ 5th Jan 2012

Rooms are really dirty! Our bed looked like someone has used it before us! There were a lot of bedbugs and my friend now has bites all over her body!!!!! What is more there is no Wi-Fi in hostel and in the nearest McDonald! Larisa, from Russia ~ 22nd Sep 2011

in a word-my stay there sucked!!!the manager, phillipe was incredibly rude, a number of the showers didnt work properly, the place was filthy, and to top it all off there were roaches!!!i realize its in the mission district, its considerably cheaper etc. but i would certainly expect at the very least to have a clean facility to stay in.that most certainly was not my experience and i will never stay there again and definitely not recommend it to anyone. This hotel/hostel is decent enough for the amount of money you pay. I was only in my hotel to sleep or change clothes, so the price was right. Great location and lots of clubs and great food nearby. Jessica, from USA ~ 31st Aug 2011
