STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Surely there is a more colorful, friendly, social place to stay in Prague... Emma Hostel was not welcoming and made me upset that that's where I had made my reservations for 3 nights in Praha. Staff was not very nice and everything inside was boring and sterile. I would have enjoyed my vacation much more if I had stayed somewhere else. Visiting over 50 hostels worldwide, this was certainly the most depressing.

beds were very uncomfortable...room had these huge military boxes which were gr8, not a hostel is probably not really the best places to keep these... the kitchen sucked...the bathroom hardly had any lights..best part was the free usage of internet, infact i think that was the only good thing about this hostel really...

Great hostel: clean and quite, with very friendly and English-speaking stuff. The location of the hostel for me was absolutely ideal: near one of the sightseeings and not far from the very centre of the Old City. If you like to walk on foot, exploting a city, the location would be satisfying.
Subway is very close to the Emma Hostel. My strong advice to book this one, if you like to live in comfort, close to the city-centre, but in a calm place and if you wish not to pay a lot for the accomodati

Cheap place with a good location and free internet. Guest kitchen and close to a supermarket is definitively a plus!

Friendly staff, brilliant location and nice twin room. Need to get the lock fixed on room 2 though, absolute nightmare trying to lock/unlock every time and didn't work from the inside! Good showers but sometimes went a bit cold!
